Ready to be an abogado? LEB Issues guidelines on law school eligibility
The Legal Education Board is enforcing the need for a Philippine Law School Admission Test certification across all law schools.
The LEB decided to release new guidelines when it comes to the admission of law freshmen.
In the memo, law schools are no longer allowed to admit anyone without a PhilSat certification regardless of circumstances. The aspiring abogado communities are also prohibited from imposing a conditional enrollment on any law student who is yet to take the exam.
Law schools who will continue to admit non-PhilSat passers will be penalized accordingly. The units and subjects passed by the non-PhilSat certified students will also not be recognized or considered as valid.
Daan tayo sa proseso, mga lodi!
