Tapang much? Ateneo Lex hosts controversial ‘Just Wages’ forum
The Ateneo Lex decides to fearlessly discuss the most pressing issue of the Ateneo community. The aspiring abogados are hosting a forum on fair wages and explain the plight of the Ateneo labor unions.
Is the current wage really enough?

The forum will also tackle the “complicated dynamics” of determining a fair wage and whether or not the current wages are enough. The aspiring abogados also invited esteemed speakers such as Atty. Arnold de Vera, Mr. Emmanuel T. Avila, Rev. Fr. Mario Francisco, SJ and Dr. Jon Bulaong.
De Vera is a part-time faculty in the university and an abogado that specializes in Labor Law, authoring several publications on the field of study. The “Just Wages” forum will happen on February 21, 2018, at the Ateneo De Manila University.
