The UP Institute aims to break down the complicated matter into easy digestible pieces for easy understanding. It will cover existing PPP contracts and its enacting law, RA 7118. A sample PPP contract template and its provisions will also be provided for thorough review.

The UP College of Law partnered with the Department of Transportation and Department of Finance for this endeavor. The PPP program gained traction in the Philippines in 2010 under the Aquino administration. Many speculates that the economic boost the country is enjoying at the moment is because of the prolific economic policy of the previous administration.
