Kopyahan? Leonen wants proof of plagiarism in 2017 Bar exams
Supreme Court Associate Justice Marvic Leonen is not taking plagiarism accusation against the Bar Exam committee lightly. The abogado said that the accuser should provide proof regarding this matter.
8 out of the 16 questions (50%) in the 2017 Bar Exams in Legal Ethics were copied from the previous bar questions. Only the names were changed. Plagiarism? Or the examiner is too lazy to frame his own questions? Ano kaya say ni @fthilbay at @marvicleonen ? #BarExams2017

One Fred Papa alleged that 8 out of the 16 Legal Ethics questions are copied from previous Bar exams. Papa said that the examiner only changed the names of the characters in the question.
Justice Leonen immediately replied to ask for proof over the serious accusation. The abogado said that if it turns out to be a false claim, it will have an even bigger repercussion because tainting the credibility of the Bar is a serious offense.
